Melyssa Amann
Hey! I am an illustrator and visual artist born and raised in the culturally saturated island of Trinidad and Tobago. I have a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration and Communication arts with a concentration in Editorial & Publication Design and a minor in Scientific Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
Currently based in Savannah, Georgia, my work has been featured in a variety of publications and professional associations related to my intended markets. My work can be seen today on the walls of 2 local Japanese restaurants which I had the honour of transforming through large-scale murals.
I specialise in realism channeled towards portraiture, editorial and commercial work, and scientific illustration. I love seeing my ideas and designs come to life in a functional way.
